You must be aware of the following.
- You acknowledge and understand that your failure to provide the current and correct physical address and location of your Equipment as the Service Address will result in any emergency calls you make being routed to the incorrect local emergency service provider.
- During the ordering process, you will provide Amplifire with the physical address where you will use your Service.
- When you dial 911 with Amplifire, your call will be routed to the general telephone number for the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) or local emergency service personnel designated for the Service Address you have registered with Amplfire.
- You acknowledge and understand that you may not be routed to a dispatcher who is specifically trained and designated to receive incoming emergency response calls, and it is possible that the lines at the PSAP will be occupied and that you will get a busy signal.
- You must register the physical location of your equipment with Amplifire and update it whenever it changes.
- Amplifire's 911 service may not be available during power outages, internet disruptions, equipment failures, or when using the service outside the U.S.
- You must inform all potential users of these limitations.

Amplifire disclaims all responsibility for the conduct of local emergency response centers and the national emergency calling center. Neither Amplifire nor its affiliates may be held liable for any claim, damage, or loss arising from or related to Amplifire's 911 service unless such claims arose from Amplifire's gross negligence, recklessness, or willful misconduct.
